Your Responsibilities at testbee:
- Build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
- Manage and optimize container infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (Playwright, Serenity BDD, Selenium)
- Integrate automated testing into the development process (Shift-Left approach)
- Monitor, analyze errors, and optimize the performance of pipelines and test environments
- Collaborate closely with QA Engineers, Developers, and Product Owners
- Contribute to internal tooling projects (including BeeAI)
What We Are Looking For:
- Solid knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and ideally Kubernetes
- Experience with at least one test automation framework (Playwright, Selenium, or Serenity BDD)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and/or TypeScript
- Understanding of software quality, testing strategies, and modern development processes (Agile/Scrum)
- Independent, structured, and open-minded way of working
- High willingness to learn and strong personal initiative
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German and English language skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)

What are your tasks?
- You will lead complex software quality assurance projects and manage all phases – from planning to successful implementation.
